How it works

Install the app from Bitrix24.Market, connect to Zoho Inventory, and sel ect the store, product catalog, and warehouse, then start synchronization. The migration is a one‑time transfer; re‑syncing fr om the  same store creates duplicates. Account currency must match the online store currency, and products without completed Sales Information are not imported; purchase‑only items are not imported. All products  from all Zoho warehouses are merged into one Bitrix24 warehouse; you cannot split them across multiple warehouses. Stock adjustment adds only products with quantity greater than zero. Price transfer uses  VAT‑included price; only purchase price is exported, and if it is missing, the sale price is used as purchase price. You can optionally import product images. The app requires the correct Zoho domain for  authorization (zoho.com, zoho.eu, zoho.in, or zoho.com.au). After import, Bitrix24 creates an inventory document for all in‑stock items and sends a notification.

FAQ

We have multiple warehouses in Zoho. Can we import to multiple warehouses in Bitrix24?

No. All products are imported into a single Bitrix24 warehouse.

Some products did not import. Why?

Products without completed Sales Information and purchase‑only items are not imported.

Will re‑syncing update existing products?

No. Re‑syncing from the same store creates duplicates, so clean existing data before re‑import.

Do we need matching currencies?

Yes. The portal currency must match the Zoho Inventory store currency.
