Authorize.net Integration helps sales and finance teams collect invoice payments directly from Bitrix24. It is built for businesses that issue invoices in Bitrix24 and want customers to pay through a familiar payment system. This keeps payment status updated in CRM without manual follow‑up.
Why businesses use it
When invoices are paid outside the CRM, teams spend time tracking payments and updating records. This integration keeps payments tied to Bitrix24 invoices and updates status automatically.

Install the app from Bitrix24.Market, enter API Login ID and Transaction Key, and save the authorization settings. Create an invoice in Bitrix24, send the link, and customers pay using the “Pay by Authorize.net” button; the invoice status updates after payment confirmation. You can select payment methods and define which invoice types and user categories they apply to; Contact/Company (Invoice) are legacy types, while Contact/Company (Order) are used for new deal‑based invoices and online store orders. If authorization data is incorrect, disable the integration and re‑enter the correct settings. The app works with Bitrix24 commercial plans only; free users can test during the trial and then upgrade.
