How it works
Install the app from Bitrix24.Market, sign in to QuickBooks, and configure integration settings: billing and shipping address types (must be different), contact/company detail templates, and a default responsible user. Start the first‑time synchronization to import QuickBooks customers; the app shows progress and then saves the synchronized contacts summary. After setup, invoice status changes are reflected as timeline activities in Bitrix24 and trigger automation rules for New, Sent by email, and Paid statuses. The app works with Bitrix24 commercial plans only.
