How it works
Install the app from Bitrix24.Market, sign in to FreshBooks Accounting, and set preferences for billing and shipping address types (they must be different), contact/company detail templates, and a default responsible user. Start the first‑time synchronization to import customers; the app shows progress and notifies you when ready. Contacts must have email addresses for correct operation, and in rare cases FreshBooks may contain duplicate contacts that should be removed. Before exporting a new company to FreshBooks, the most recent associated contact is used as the contact person.
The app works with Bitrix24 commercial plans only. Free plan users can test it during the trial period and then upgrade to a commercial subscription.
