How it works

The dashboard filters all data to the selected flow and presents 21 visualizations covering: average effectiveness KPI, average task execution time, average tasks per assignee, completed tasks KPI, effectiveness by day and by assignee, assignee load tables (in-flow and out-of-flow), completed task summary, last-30-days summary, tasks-in-progress dynamics, out-of-flow tasks, completion percentage KPI, execution statistics tables, top-10 flow loaders, total tasks KPI, and uncompleted task summary. Filters: Period, Grouping, Task Assignee, Assignee Department, Task Assigner, Assigner Department.

FAQ

• A specific flow has been underperforming and we need to understand why, not just that it's slow. Where do we start?
  

Look at the effectiveness by day and by assignee charts together. If effectiveness dropped on a specific date, something changed then. If it's concentrated in one assignee, the issue is workload distribution.

• We want to see if a process change we made to a flow actually improved outcomes. How do we measure that?
  

Compare the average effectiveness and average task execution time before and after the change date using the period filter. If the change worked, both metrics should show improvement in the post-change period.

• Some of our flow assignees seem to be handling tasks outside the flow too. Is that visible here?
  

Yes — the "tasks outside of flows" and the out-of-flow assignee load table show tasks assigned to flow members that weren't routed through the flow. Use this to see whether off-flow work is creating load conflicts.
