My Personal KPIs gives employees a single-screen view of their own performance across tasks, CRM deals and leads, and business processes — filtered to the current user. It covers both activity volume and quality metrics including conversion rates and on-time completion.

How it works

The dashboard filters all data to the current user. Eighteen visualizations cover: average deal size KPI, average deal close time KPI, average task completion time KPIs, closed deals KPI, on-time completion pie charts, deal conversion gauge, lead-to-deal conversion gauge, top business processes bar charts, revenue from my deals KPI, total business process count KPIs, and total task count KPIs. Filters: Period, Pipeline.
