Jira Integration helps you keep an eye on Jira Service Management issues while working in Bitrix24. It shows issues linked to CRM contacts and lets you create new issues when configured.

How it works

Install the app, connect Jira Cloud, and make sure the contact card contains the Jira user's email. When creating issues from a workgroup, bind it to a Jira project the first time.

FAQ

The Create Issue button is disabled. What should we check?

Ensure the contact card has the Jira user's email and that the responsible user has Jira issues/permissions.

Can multiple workgroups be linked to one Jira project?

Yes, and you can unbind a project from a workgroup later.

Does it work with Jira Data Center/self-managed?

No, the app supports Jira Cloud only.

安裝說明

To get started with Jira, click on the “Log in” button to authorize in the application. If the user is not authorized in Jira, a window with authorization will appear after clicking on the “Log in” button.

After successful authorization, a screen with a list of access rights (scopes) will be displayed as well as a list of accounts that can be connected with Bitrix24. After selecting the account, the user needs to click on the “Accept” button.

After clicking on the “Accept” button, the user will return to the application page with the data from Jira.
