Clients pay in parts, or late? Upload your bank statement and Pay24 matches incoming payments with open invoices and deals, records partial payments and shows on every deal how much is paid, the balance due and days overdue — so your accounts receivable are always in plain sight.

What you can do with it

• import a bank statement (CAMT.053, MT940 or CSV) and match payments with invoices;
  
• track partial payments, deposits and instalments on invoices and deals;
  
• control accounts receivable: filter deals by balance due and days overdue;
  
• see overdue invoices and how many days late each client is;
  
• print a statement of account for a client or attach it as PDF (Pro);
  
• reconcile payments in Bitrix24 without connecting the CRM to your bank;
  
• move a deal to the next stage when an invoice is fully paid, or notify the responsible person  about a partial payment;
  
• work in EUR, PLN, USD, GBP, CHF and other currencies.
  

Bank statement import and matching

• Upload the statement exported in your online banking: CAMT.053 (ISO 20022 XML), MT940 (including Polish PKO BP, mBank, ING, Pekao, Santander and German formats) or CSV (Revolut Business, Wise, mBank, ING and any other bank — you pick the columns once).
  
• Only incoming payments are taken. In Pro each one is matched automatically with open invoices and deals by the invoice number in the payment details (also numbers like INV/2026/00001 or PF/2026/00007), the amount (full or partial), the client's VAT ID / NIP and IBAN in CRM details and the payer's name.
  
• Confident matches can be recorded automatically (Pro); the rest wait for you with Match and Skip buttons and a search by invoice number, deal or client.
  
• Safe with real statements: the same statement uploaded twice never records a payment twice; payments in another currency need your confirmation; overpayments are flagged.
  

Partial payments on deals and invoices

• A Payments tab in deals and invoices: amount, paid, balance due, status and days overdue.
  
• Record a payment by hand with its date, method, bank reference and note. Payments are stored in Bitrix24 itself and stay if you uninstall the app.
  
• A deal with several invoices shows how much of each invoice is paid.
  

Receivables and automation in your CRM

• "Paid", "Balance due", "Last payment date", "Days overdue" and "Payment status" are copied to deal fields — a deal list filtered by balance due is your receivables report, with standard CRM filters, reports and Kanban.
  
• Automation triggers "invoice fully paid", "partial payment received" and "overpayment"; automation rule "Pay24: recalculate balance" (Pro).
  
• Statement of account for a client: invoiced, paid and balance due per currency — print it or attach the PDF to the deal (Pro).
  

Privacy: Pay24 never connects to your bank. Bank statements are read in memory and are not stored; we keep only an anonymous fingerprint of each recorded line to prevent duplicates. Hosted in the EU (Germany), GDPR data processing terms are part of our Privacy Policy.
