Connect ChatGPT or Claude to your CRM: masking and a log

Want ChatGPT, Claude or another AI assistant to look up deals, read a client's history and add notes in your Bitrix24 CRM — without seeing everything and without removing anything on its own? MCP24 is an MCP server for Bitrix24 with a control layer: access profiles, personal data masking and a journal of every AI action inside your account.
What you can do with it
- connect ChatGPT to Bitrix24 CRM as a custom MCP connector, if your ChatGPT plan allows custom connectors;
- add Bitrix24 as a custom connector in Claude;
- run one MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini CLI, Cursor and other MCP clients;
- give an AI assistant read-only access to deals, contacts, companies and leads;
- ask the AI which deals have been idle for weeks, or what happened with a client on the timeline;
- keep phones, emails, addresses, IBAN and VAT ID hidden by default — GDPR data minimisation;
- see what the AI did in the CRM: a journal on each customer contact;
- let the AI add timeline comments and remove records only after a human confirms (Pro);
- stop all AI assistants with one switch.
Control layer
- Access profiles. "Read only" by default: the assistant looks and changes nothing. "Manager" adds comments to CRM items but cannot remove them. "Full access" allows removal, but only after a human confirms it.
- Personal data masking, on by default. Phones, emails, addresses, tax and bank identifiers (VAT ID, IBAN, BIC/SWIFT and others) reach the AI as "[hidden]", including IBANs typed into free text. A real contact is revealed only by a separate action with a stated reason, and every reveal is logged.
- Data scope and caps. Only the deal pipelines you choose, a cap on records per response and on changes per hour, so "show me everything" never becomes a database export.
- Removal only with confirmation. The assistant gets a clear refusal, the employee gets a notification, and nothing is removed until someone clicks Confirm on the MCP24 page.
- Journal inside your account. Data changes, reveals, policy refusals and confirmation requests go to the "AI Actions (MCP24)" smart process and stay with you after uninstalling. Contact and company cards get an "AI Actions" tab, deal cards an "AI Actions" button.
- Kill switch and revocation. One switch disables all assistants; any connection is revoked in one click.
What the assistant can do: find contacts, companies, deals and leads by part of a name, open item details, list deals by pipeline, stage, responsible person, amount and inactivity, read timeline comments, add a comment, and remove a record with confirmation. There is no "call any API method" tool that could bypass the rules.
Connect in a minute: open MCP24, copy the server address into your AI client and confirm with a 6-character code valid for 10 minutes. The connection works with the employee's own CRM access permissions and can only be narrowed, never widened.
Your AI, GDPR in mind. MCP24 supplies no AI and no model keys. CRM data goes only to the AI provider you choose; we do not store it or train models on it. Servers are in Germany (EU).
Why MCP24

- MCP24 is free of charge.
- You need your own AI assistant that supports remote MCP servers (OAuth). MCP24 does not provide AI models; the provider's plans are paid separately to that provider.
- Data requested by the assistant is passed to the AI provider you have chosen, which may process it outside the EEA. As controller, you are responsible for the agreements and the legal basis for this transfer; MCP24 gives you tools to minimise it (masking, scope, caps, journal).
- Names of people and companies are not masked: without them the assistant cannot find a client.
- CRM data is not stored on our servers; it is processed in memory within a single request. Our service log keeps only technical data (tool, record type and ID, time, result).
- The in-account journal is a smart process. If your plan has no smart processes or their limit is reached, the journal is not created; access profiles, masking, confirmation and the log on the MCP24 page still work.
- The current tool set covers CRM contacts, companies, deals and leads. Bitrix24 REST API limits apply.
Plans and pricing
Free plan (no time limit): the AI assistant reads CRM: search, item details, deal lists, timeline, revealing a contact on explicit request. Masking, pipeline scope, caps, kill switch and the in-account journal work in every plan. Profile "Read only"; the action log on the MCP24 page shows 7 days.
Pro plan: everything in Free, plus tools that change data (e.g. timeline comments), deletion with human confirmation, the "Manager" and "Full access" profiles, and a 90-day action log.
- Price for Pro: EUR 29 per month or EUR 290 per year, per account (not per user), excluding VAT.
- 14-day free trial of Pro, once per account, no payment card required. If you do not subscribe, the account moves to Free and nothing is charged.
- The subscription renews automatically each month or year. Cancel anytime in "Manage subscription"; Pro stays on until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
