WhatsApp via AtendMaxx is a connector that integrates your WhatsApp Business channels with Bitrix24 Open Channels (Chat), allowing your team to receive and respond to WhatsApp messages without leaving Bitrix24.

How it works

Once installed, the connector registers itself in your Bitrix24 Contact Center. Simply go to Contact Center, sel ect "WhatsApp via AtendMaxx", and enter your AtendMaxx channel token to connect.

• Real-time delivery - Messages are forwarded instantly between WhatsApp and Bitrix24 via webhooks with delivery status confirmation.
