QuickBooks Inventory migration helps inventory and sales teams move product data into Bitrix24 and manage stock in a single workspace. It is built for businesses switching to Bitrix24 inventory management and needing a clean, structured import. This reduces manual setup and keeps product data ready for sales and order processing.
Why businesses use it
When inventory data sits in another system, teams lose time re‑creating products and risk errors during sales and checkout. This migration brings key inventory data into Bitrix24 so stock and catalogs are managed in one place.
Business value
• Faster setup of inventory management in Bitrix24
• Less manual data re‑entry for products and categories
• Fewer stock errors by keeping quantities aligned
• Clearer product availability for sales and order checkout
Common use cases
• Migrate products, services, and categories from QuickBooks Inventory
• Import inventory into a specific catalog and warehouse
• Enable inventory management after moving from another service
• Bring in stock quantities for available items
• Start inventory management in Bitrix24 without rebuilding the catalog
How it works
Install the app from Bitrix24.Market, sign in to QuickBooks, and sel ect the target catalog and warehouse for import; you can optionally include services. Start migration to run a one‑time transfer fr om QuickBooks to Bitrix24; the process does not delete previous data and has no duplicate control. Migration includes products, services, and categories but excludes bundles and product photos; product fields such as name, code, quantity, and purchasing price are imported, while category transfer includes category name and parent association. Stock adjustments add only products with quantity greater than zero.
Migration is unavailable if inventory management is disabled in the online store settings; enable it first to proceed.
FAQ
We need only a one‑time import. Does the app keep syncing?
No. The integration performs a one‑time transfer only.
Will it remove or deduplicate existing products?
No. Previous data is not deleted and there is no duplicate control.
Why can’t we start migration?
Inventory management must be enabled in the online store settings; migration is unavailable when it is disabled
