We have updated the application to fully comply with the Bitrix24 Market integration requirements. Previously, the application functioned primarily as an iframe interface, but we have now implemented proper REST API-based data exchange between GeoTrack and Bitrix24.

• When a new employee/user is created in GeoTrack, the middleware automatically triggers the Bitrix24 API (tasks.task.add)
  
• A corresponding task is automatically created in Bitrix24 with employee details such as:

  • Role
    

• Integration is implemented through backend middleware services using Bitrix24 REST API
  
• API communication is handled server-side (not iframe-only)
  
• Webhook permissions configured:

• Added proper logging, validation, and error handling for reliable synchronization

The created tasks are visible inside the Bitrix24 Tasks module, confirming active data exchange between both systems.

PURPOSE OF IMPLEMENT EMPLOYEE TASK CREATION:

The purpose of implementing task creation in the GeoTrack integration is to provide administrators with a centralized system to manage, monitor, and track employee operational activities directly inside Bitrix24.

Whenever an employee performs an activity in GeoTrack, such as client visits, operational updates, or field activities, the related information is synchronized to Bitrix24 as tasks using REST API-based integration. This enables administrators to assign and manage employee tasks efficiently while maintaining proper operational records inside the Bitrix24 environment.

Through the GeoTrack integration, admins can monitor employee work progress, review completed and pending tasks, and track day-to-day operational activities using task statuses and checklists. This helps create a structured workflow for employee activity management and operational tracking.

The GeoTrack integration performs real-time API-based data exchange with Bitrix24 and is implemented as a functional integration beyond iframe-based rendering.
