Tally Bitrix Middleware

TallyBitrixSync is a Windows desktop middleware that creates a live, automated bridge between Tally ERP (ERP 9 / TallyPrime) and Bitrix24 CRM. Once installed and configured, it runs silently in the background as a Windows service — syncing data on a schedule you control, with no manual exports or CSV imports.

PLAN-BASED FEATURES
Features are gated by subscription plan. All plans include outstanding sync. Higher plans add ledger sync, due date automation, invoice sync, inventory sync, payment sync, and delivery note linking.

OUTSTANDING BILLS → BITRIX24 DEALS
Every unpaid bill in Tally's Bills Receivable report is automatically created as a deal in a dedicated "Tally Outstanding" pipeline inside Bitrix24. The deal carries the party name, invoice number, bill date, due date, outstanding amount, and days pending. When a bill is cleared in Tally, the corresponding deal is automatically moved to the "Payment Received" stage.

TALLY LEDGERS → BITRIX24 CONTACTS & COMPANIES
Sundry Debtor ledgers fr om Tally are synced to Bitrix24 as contacts or companies. The app reads each ledger's GST registration type from Tally and decides automatically — registered businesses become Companies, unregistered parties become Contacts. Phone, email, and GSTIN are carried across.

SALES INVOICES → BITRIX24 SMART INVOICES
Sales vouchers from Tally's Day Book are pushed into Bitrix24 as Smart Invoices (entity type 31), complete with line-item product rows when inventory is enabled. Each invoice is linked to its corresponding deal in the pipeline.

PAYMENTS & RECEIPTS
Tally receipt vouchers are matched against open deals and invoices. Amounts are reconciled, payment status is updated to Paid or Partial, and fully paid deals are automatically moved to Won.

INVENTORY SYNC
Stock items, closing quantities, and rates from Tally are synced to the Bitrix24 product catalog. A built-in discrepancy report highlights items wh ere Tally and Bitrix24 are out of sync, with a one-click Auto Fix option.

DUE DATE AUTOMATION
Deals approaching their due date receive automatic notifications (7-day and 1-day reminders). Overdue deals are moved to the Overdue stage automatically. Deals more than 30 days past due trigger an escalation notification every 3 days.

MULTI-COMPANY SUPPORT
Configure multiple Tally companies and switch the active company from the dashboard without restarting the service.

DASHBOARD
A web-based dashboard (accessible inside Bitrix24 or via browser) shows live sync status, sync history, connection health, overdue bills, inventory discrepancies, and receipt match results. Manual triggers let you run any sync on demand.
