EMC WhatsApp brings corporate WhatsApp conversations into Bitrix24 contact and deal details. Your team can review available conversation history and reply without switching away from the CRM item.
Work from the CRM item
Use Current to find conversations matching the contact phone numbers available to you. In a deal, matching uses its linked contacts. Use All to browse conversations from the connections you are allowed to access. Group conversations are not matched to a CRM record by group membership.
Manage corporate phones
An administrator adds a connection and links WhatsApp by scanning a QR code from Linked devices on the phone. Assign Phone users and Supervisor users to organize connections. Administrators manage all connections in their own Bitrix24 account. A Phone user assignment alone does not grant access; supervisor access is limited to assigned connections. Bitrix24 CRM permissions still apply.
Send messages and attachments
Send text and one image, video, audio file or PDF per message, up to 20 MB. Audio captions are sent separately. The app works with available synchronized conversations; it does not offer bulk campaigns, calling, voice recording or a new-chat-by-number interface.
Connection requirements
This is an independent EMCsoft integration using WhatsApp Web linked-device functionality through Baileys. It is not the official WhatsApp Business Platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp may require a connection to be linked again. Available history depends on synchronization; complete historical import is not guaranteed.
A Bitrix24 plan that supports Market applications and an administrator installation are required.
