These rules govern the procedure of purchase of Bitrix24 Service Plans and transition between different Bitrix24 Service Plans (hereinafter - Rules).
For legitimate use of the Services the Administrator has the right to make one (1) purchase during the current subscription term within the same Service Plan for the subsequent subscription term no earlier than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the expiration of the current subscription term. A new subscription term commences upon the expiration of the previous subscription term.
The Administrator has the right to make a transition during the current subscription term to another Service Plan:
(1) with more functionality features (an upgrade), the subscription term for the newly purchased Service Plan will be recalculated and prorated based on the unused period of the previous one and the price for the new Service Plan;
(2) with less functionality (a downgrade) by making one (1) purchase of a new Service Plan no earlier than on the last day of the current subscription term. The Administrator must manually identify and delete any User Content that is incompatible with the newly selected Service Plan using the "Plan compatibility chart", otherwise the transition cannot be performed.
