Excellent integration with Bitrix24. The Chat Flow is very complete and allows you to create automated customer service flows with questions, conditions, CRM field updates, handoff to human agents, and many other possibilities.
I would also like to highlight the support. During our testing, we had some questions and identified a few areas for improvement, and the support was extremely fast and attentive. In addition to investigating the issues, some of the suggestions we made were implemented very quickly in the tool.
For anyone looking to integrate WhatsApp, automation, and CRM within Bitrix24, our experience has been very positive so far.

In fact, I feel that some of the extra support and customization they provide probably goes beyond what is normally included in their service, which shows how committed the team is to their customers.
I have tried several WhatsApp integrations for Bitrix24, and I can confidently say that WASync is the best one I have used so far. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and professional WhatsApp integration with Bitrix24.
