The screenshots show the same lead: as the phone number changes, the Country field updates itself automatically — no clicks, no manual selection.
Important: This app installs an automated workflow, therefore a Bitrix24 Professional plan or higher is required.
Phone Country Detection enriches your CRM automatically. Upon installation, the app creates a "Country" list field on Leads and sets up an automated workflow. Whenever a phone number is added to a lead or changed, the workflow instantly detects the country from the international dialing code and fills the field — no manual action needed.
Coverage: 192 countries, cross-verified against Google's libphonenumber data. Country names follow the international standard (Unicode CLDR), e.g. "Germany", "Türkiye", "United Kingdom". Kazakhstan (+76/+77) is correctly distinguished from Russia (+7), and Caribbean +1XXX codes (Bahamas, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, etc.) are resolved individually. Turkish local number formats (05xx, 5xx, 0090, 90xx) are also recognized.
Please note: phone numbers must include the international prefix (+) to be recognized, except Turkish local formats. Numbers starting with +1 are labeled as United States (Canada cannot be distinguished by number alone).
What gets installed: one custom lead field ("Country") and one workflow template. Uninstalling removes the workflow but keeps the field and all your data intact.
Requirements: Bitrix24 Professional plan or higher. Installation requires portal administrator rights.
