Clean, consistent addresses in your CRM — selected in seconds, not typed by hand.
Free-text address fields quickly fill up with variations of the same place: "Istanbul", "İstanbul", "Ist.", "istanbul/Kadikoy". Filters stop working, reports split the same city into several rows, and nobody trusts the data anymore. Country / State / City Selector fixes this at the source: your team picks the address from linked, searchable lists instead of typing it.
HOW IT WORKS
After installation, leads and contacts get a new "Address" tab. Choose a country and the next list shows only that country's states or provinces; choose a state and the last list shows only its cities or districts. Click Save and the address is written to three regular CRM fields on the record.
WHAT YOUR TEAM WILL LOVE
- Type to search — start typing and the list narrows instantly: "an" shows Andorra and Angola first, then every place that contains "an".
- No special keyboard needed — "istanbul" finds İstanbul, "kadikoy" finds Kadıköy, "munchen" finds München.
- Not in the list? Type it — every level has a "Not in the list — type it" option, so no one is ever blocked by missing data.
- Opens with the saved address — reopen the tab any time to see and change the current address.
- Update the linked contact too — on a lead, a single checkbox also updates the address of the contact(s) linked to it. Leave it unticked and the lead and the contact keep their own, separate addresses — you decide per save.
- Works in English and Turkish — the interface follows the Bitrix24 account language and can be switched with one click.
REAL CRM FIELDS, NOT A BLACK BOX
The address is stored in three standard text fields — Address: Country, Address: State / Province and Address: City / District — on both leads and contacts. You can filter lists by them, show them as columns, use them in reports, automation rules, workflows and document templates, exactly like any other field. Country names are always stored in English, so filters and reports stay consistent even when your team works in different languages — while the interface still shows them in each user's own language.
COVERAGE
243 countries, about 4,800 states and provinces and more than 150,000 cities and districts. Duplicate and administrative entries have been cleaned up, and the Türkiye data (81 provinces, 973 districts) has been verified against the official figures.
SECURE BY DESIGN
Reading and saving happen inside Bitrix24 with the current user's own CRM permissions — if a user may not edit a record, the app shows a clear message and changes nothing. Your CRM data is never copied to our servers; our server only provides the location lists.
WHAT GETS INSTALLED
Three text fields on leads and three on contacts (the same field codes on both), plus the "Address" tab on lead and contact cards. Uninstalling removes the tab; the fields and all saved addresses stay in your Bitrix24.
