# Installation

Install PHPay directly from the Bitrix24 Market in one click. The app automatically registers itself on the Deal, Contact, and Company detail forms, configures the Bitrix24 event handlers, and registers as a payment gateway in your Online Store, CRM Forms, and Payment Terminal — no manual setup required.

## Requirements

Before installing, you need:
- An active Bitrix24 account on a plan that supports Market apps
- An active Asaas account (sandbox or production) — sign up free at www.asaas.com
- An Asaas API key from Asaas Dashboard → My Account → Integrations → API Key
- Administrator permissions on your Bitrix24 account (required for the initial install)

PHPay operates in Brazil — customer billing requires valid Brazilian tax IDs (CPF for individuals, CNPJ for companies).

## Step-by-step

1. Click "Install" on the PHPay page in the Bitrix24 Market.

2. Review the permissions requested and confirm the installation. PHPay will self-register on Deal, Contact, and Company CRM detail forms as the "PHPay Invoices" tab, and register as a payment gateway for your Bitrix24 Online Store, CRM Forms, and Payment Terminal.

3. Once installed, open PHPay from the app list. The settings screen loads automatically.

4. In the "Asaas API" tab, paste your Asaas API key (find it in Asaas Dashboard → My Account → Integrations → API Key). Click "Test Connection" to validate. Click "Save Settings" — PHPay will automatically create the webhook, configure event subscriptions, and store the encrypted token.

5. Review the "Field Mapping" tab. PHPay pre-selects the most common Bitrix24 fields for individuals (PF) and companies (PJ). Adjust only if your CRM stores the data in a different entity (for example, on the Deal instead of Contact).

6. (Optional) Go to the "Permissions" tab to define who can create, edit, send, or cancel charges. By default, Bitrix24 administrators have full access.

7. Open any Deal, Contact, or Company detail forms. You will see the "PHPay Invoices" tab. Click "+ Add invoice" to start the 4-step billing wizard.

8. To use PHPay in the Online Store or CRM Forms, no extra setup is needed — the payment gateway is already registered. Just select "Asaas — Pix, Bank Slip and Card" during checkout configuration.

## What happens after install

PHPay automatically:
- Creates a "PHPay Invoices" tab on every Deal, Contact, and Company detail forms
- Registers Asaas as a payment option in the Bitrix24 Online Store checkout
- Registers as a payment provider for CRM Forms and the Payment Terminal
- Subscribes to the Bitrix24 uninstall event to clean up properly on removal
- Starts your 14-day free trial

## Pricing

14-day free trial with full functionality included. After the trial, the plan is R$ 95.00 / month with no lock-in, cancel anytime. An active Asaas account is required — Asaas charges its own transaction fees independently of PHPay.

## Uninstall

Uninstalling PHPay removes all placements and handlers. If you choose "delete data" during uninstall, your invoice history in PHPay is also removed; otherwise, your data is preserved and will be restored if you reinstall on the same account.
