Microsoft Teams Migration is a comprehensive solution designed specifically for Bitrix24. With its help you can continue successful teamwork and migrate all key data of your business. Migration app will allow you to seamlessly import:

Chats & chat messages
Attached files in chats and channels
Teams user accounts
Teams & channels

A detailed guide on the data migration process is available at the app's main settings page. To access it, just open the app from the left menu or Market - Installed section in your Bitrix24 account.

Kindly note that there are three main conditions for successful migration:

First of all, only Bitrix24 account administrators can install and use the application.
For successful authentication you will need to use a working or student Microsoft account due to API specifics.
Migration won't be completed unless you have a valid MS Teams license at the moment of importing data.

Install Microsoft Teams Migrator to Bitrix24 from the application catalog, then click "Continue" to complete the installation.

Before starting the migration, you need to log in to your Microsoft work or school account as an administrator by clicking the "Connect" button.
After clicking the "Connect" button, you must go through the normal Microsoft authorization process, and allow the application to perform the requested actions.
After successful authorization, the name of the connected Microsoft account owner, "Start migration" and "Disconnect" buttons will be displayed.
