Infinitepay Connector

1. Preliminary Requirements To ensure the Connector functions correctly and synchronizes your payments with the CRM, it is essential to have an active InfinitePay merchant account. If you are not yet a client or wish to create a new account, please use the following official link to register for free: https://www.infinitepay.io/?rid=arseg_security.

2. Locating Your Identification (Infinite Tag / Handle) Once your InfinitePay account is active, you will need to find your "Handle" (also known as Infinite Tag). This code allows our application to identify your account and process payments securely. Follow these steps to find it:

• Log in to your InfinitePay dashboard.
  
• In the sidebar menu on the left side of the screen, click on the "Checkout" option.
  
• On the new page, look for the top or center menu and click on the "Documentação" (Documentation) tab.
  
• Scroll down to the bottom of the documentation page and look for the section displaying your "Handle (Infinite Tag)". This is your store's short name (e.g., yourcompany). Copy this text, as it will be required in the app settings.
  

3. Step-by-Step Configuration in Bitrix24 With the app installed in your Bitrix24 portal and your Handle ready, follow these instructions to start the integration:

• Open the app through the Bitrix24 side menu.
  
• Go to the Settings tab and paste your Handle into the designated field.
  
• Next, map your CRM fields: select which field stores the Deal amount, where the payment receipt link should be saved, and which status field should be updated automatically upon payment confirmation.
  
• Remember to click the "Save Settings" button to apply your changes.
  

4. Evaluation Period and Subscription Upon installation, you are entitled to a 15-day consecutive free trial to explore all functionalities. This period is ideal for conducting real tests and validating the automation's efficiency. After the trial ends, a subscription to one of the available plans is required to keep the service and synchronization active.
