Setup and User Guide for MiFactura LATAM in Bitrix24

Part 1: Initial Company Configuration

1. Install the application

• Go to the Bitrix24 Market.

• Search for MiFactura LATAM and click Install.

• Once installed, you’ll find it in your applications menu.

2. Link your company

• Open the MiFactura LATAM app.

• Click on “Link Company”.

• Enter your company’s RUC.

• Click the magnifying glass.

  • The Company Name and Address will be automatically completed.

3. Obtain ApiSunat credentials

From the ApiSunat platform, generate:

• PersonaID

• Token

Save this information, as you’ll need it for the setup.

4. Configure credentials

• In the app, locate the fields PersonaID and Token.

• Enter the values obtained from ApiSunat.

• Save the configuration.

5. Map Bitrix24 fields

Sel ect which Bitrix24 fields will provide data for issuing electronic documents:

• Client → Company/Contact

• Address → Address

• Currency → Currency

• Notes/Comments → Comments

Review and save the mapping.

At this point, your company is ready to issue electronic documents.

Part 2: Using the Invoice Entity (Issuance and Cancellation)

1. Access electronic documents

• Open an Invoice record in Bitrix24.

• Click on the “Electronic Documents” tab.

2. Sel ect the issuing company

• In the Company field, select the company previously configured in the app.

• Click Issue INVOICE.

3. Register client details

• Enter the client’s RUC.

• Click the magnifying glass.

  • The Company Name and Address will be automatically completed.

4. Complete invoice information

• Fill in the required details: series, number, terms, etc.

Important Note:

• If your Invoice record in Bitrix24 already has products listed under the Products section, they will be automatically displayed in the invoice generation form.

5. Issue the invoice

• Review all the information.

• Click Issue Invoice.

6. View the PDF document

• If the invoice is successfully issued, options will appear to open the PDF document.

• When you return to the Invoice record, you will always see the download options for the corresponding PDF.

Invoice Cancellation

1. In the Electronic Documents tab, select the issued invoice.

2. Click Cancel.

3. Enter the reason for cancellation.

4. Confirm the action.

5. The system will proceed with the official cancellation of the invoice in Sunat.

Important Note:

• Once an invoice has been cancelled, it cannot be reused.

• If you need to generate another invoice for the same client, you must create a new Invoice record in Bitrix24.

Final Summary

• Initial Setup: Link your company with RUC, PersonaID, and Token fr om ApiSunat, then map the Bitrix24 fields.

• Issuance: Fr om the Invoice record → Electronic Documents tab → sel ect company → fill client and product data → issue invoice → download PDF.

• Cancellation: Fr om the same tab → enter reason → confirm → invoice is cancelled and cannot be reused.
