Quick Setup Guide

For the automation to work flawlessly, we need to know where to read the Tax ID and where to save the enriched data. Follow these 3 steps:

1. Upd ate Preferences (Economy & Intelligence) Define how the bot behaves:

• Upd ate existing companies: Check this if you want the app to refresh data for companies already registered in your CRM whenever their Tax ID is queried.

• Renewal Frequency (Cache): Se t an interval (e.g., 30 days). If the same Tax ID is queried within this period, the app won't consume your query credits, preserving the existing data.

2. Search Triggers (Where is the Tax ID?) Tell the app which field to "watch" for the Tax ID input.

• Select the Tax ID field for Leads, Deals, and Companies.

• Tip: If you don't have a field yet, click the "+ Create new field" link next to the option to go directly to the Bitrix24 settings.

3. Data Mapping (Where to save extra info?) The app fetches valuable data beyond the basics. Tell us where to store it:

• MEI & Simples Nacional Status: Choose fields (Text or Yes/No type) to identify the tax regime.

• Partners/Shareholders: Choose a field (Recommended: Multiple List or Text) to save partner names.

Click Save Settings and you're all se t! The system is now live.
