KSeF CRM

Since 2026 invoices in Poland are issued in KSeF, the National e-Invoicing System. KSeF CRM sends your Bitrix24 invoices to KSeF in one click and brings supplier invoices from KSeF into your CRM.

Send to KSeF from the invoice card

• A KSeF tab in Bitrix24 invoices: a preview of the FA(3) structured invoice — seller, buyer, items, VAT rates, totals — and a list of what to fix before sending.
  
• VAT invoices, corrections (referring to the KSeF number of the original), advance and final invoices.
  
• Foreign currencies with the NBP rate, EU buyers (VAT UE), consumers without NIP, reverse charge, exemptions and split payment (MPP) hints above PLN 15,000.
  
• Validation against the official FA(3) schema of the Polish Ministry of Finance before sending.
  
• When accepted: the KSeF number, status and verification link in invoice fields, the UPO confirmation in the timeline, and a printable visualization with the KSeF QR code.
  

Purchase invoices from KSeF

• Automatic download of invoices issued to your NIP — supplier, amount, due date and the XML file.
  
• Supplier and bank account check on the Polish VAT white list, with the request ID; a warning for payments over PLN 15,000 to an account outside the list.
  
• One-click import to the CRM: the supplier company by NIP (found or created with requisites and bank account), a deal in your pipeline or a smart process item, a comment with the XML and an "Approve for payment" task with the due date.
  

Secure: the KSeF token is stored encrypted (AES-256), TEST / DEMO / PRODUCTION environments, settings changed only by administrators, optional admin-only sending, activity log. Hosted in the EU (Germany), GDPR data processing terms in the privacy policy.
