Telegram integration by phone number
- Install the application and go to the contact center, the Telegram icon will appear there to connect the channel;
- Click the "Connect" button;
- Enter the phone number that you need to connect to open lines and open your Telegram on your phone;
- In the field that appears, indicate the "Code" that you will receive in the Telegram application on your phone;
- After successfully entering the code, a message about successful connection will appear in the window
That's it, your Telegram is connected to Bitrix24.
