How it works

Install the app from Bitrix24.Market, create a Jira API token, and enter Jira URL, email, and token, then start the import. The process is a one‑time transfer and should not be interrupted by deleting Jira or Bitrix24 entities during migration. Data preparation can take up to 10–12 hours, and the full import can take about 24 hours for large datasets; progress is shown on the migration page and Bitrix24 sends a completion notification. If projects or groups have identical names, the app adds “(Jira)” to avoid errors; projects and groups must have unique names. If a migrated Jira user is missing, tasks are assigned to the Bitrix24 administrator. Tasks are imported with “Pending” or “Completed” status only, and “Completed” is set only when a resolution date exists. Sprint start/end dates are imported; if missing in Jira, they default to the migration date and should be adjusted before starting the sprint.
