Time2Bill

Time2Bill connects deals, project work, time tracking, and invoicing in Bitrix24. It helps agencies, consultancies, and service teams turn the time logged on tasks into clear, customer-specific invoices without maintaining a separate spreadsheet.

When a deal is won, the included workflow creates or reuses a customer project group and creates tasks from the deal's product lines. Your team logs time on those tasks as usual. At the end of the month, Time2Bill brings the recorded work together by customer and lets you create an invoice in a few clicks.

Each invoice contains the selected work items, logged hours, hourly rates, discounts, and a statement of work with dates, comments, and time entries. The invoice is created in the Bitrix24 smart process and linked back to the relevant tasks, so you can always see which work has already been billed.

How it works:

1. Install Time2Bill as a Bitrix24 administrator.
   
2. On the first launch, let the app create the required fields, product property, and a workflow.
   
3. Add a company and products or services to a deal. Sel ect a billing model for each product.
   
4. Once the deal is won, the workflow creates or reuses the customer's T2B: project group and creates the related tasks.
   
5. Your team logs working time in these tasks as usual.
   
6. In Time2Bill, choose a month and click Filter to view the recorded work by customer.
   
7. Select the tasks to bill and click Create an invoice.
   
8. Review the new invoice and its statement of work in Bitrix24.
   

Billing models:

• Budget: track work against the planned effort.
  
• Time and material: invoice recorded hours at the agreed hourly rate.
  
• Prepaid: show prepaid work separately and create a statement of work for it.
  
• Subscription: use a fixed recurring amount, including months without logged hours.
  

Data storage and privacy:

Time2Bill processes data fr om your Bitrix24 account through the Bitrix24 REST API using OAuth 2.0. This includes deals, companies, products, project groups, tasks, time tracking entries, and smart-process invoices needed to provide the app's functionality.

User logins and passwords are never requested. WAM IT servers are used only for technical app licensing, installation registration, and the operation of the application.
