Go to the Bitrix24 Market and install WhatsApp Connector
After installation, go to Open Channels in Bitrix24 and create or select a service queue
In the app menu, click "New Session" and scan the QR Code with your WhatsApp
Link the session to the desired Open Channel
Done - your WhatsApp is now connected to Bitrix24

To start a conversation manually, open any Contact, Lead, or Deal in the CRM and click the WhatsApp Connector tab.
