UTM

Adding UTM tags to leads and deals in both automated (Automation rules and Workflows) and manual modes to enhance analytics. It is not possible to modify or add UTM tags in Bitrix24 through the web interface.

Additionally, UTM tags can be added to a lead from the lead details page or to a deal from the deal details page. To do this, select the "Add UTM" option in the timeline menu and enter the values in the required fields.
