Eazybe brings your WhatsApp conversations into Bitrix24, so your team can talk

Team Inbox inside Bitrix24
Open Eazybe from the left menu to see every WhatsApp conversation your team is
handling. Search conversations, filter by channel or assignee, and reply
without leaving Bitrix24.
Conversations on the contact
Every CRM contact gets a Team Inbox tab showing the WhatsApp conversation with
that person, so the context sits wh ere you already work.
Automatic chat backup
WhatsApp messages are saved into Bitrix24 against the matching contact, lead or
deal, so conversations stay with the record instead of on someone's phone.
Set up in minutes
After installing, a short guided setup creates your Eazybe account, verifies
your email, connects WhatsApp with a QR code, and authorizes Bitrix24. A sample
contact with a WhatsApp message is added so you can see how backup looks. You

Added Eazybe Team Inbox integration to the Bitrix24 left menu and CRM contact detail tab. Users can open the full Team Inbox from the menu and view the relevant WhatsApp conversation directly from a contact.

Open Lines Permission
This permission is required to integrate with Bitrix24 Open Channels (Open Lines). It allows the application to synchronize customer conversations, send and receive messages through the configured Open Channel, and maintain conversation history between the external messaging platform and Bitrix24 CRM. The application uses this access only to perform messaging operations requested by the user and does not access unrelated data.
This permission is required to integrate with Bitrix24 Open Channels (Open Lines).
