Integration Options:
- Full integration with Bitrix24 Open Channels: Combine WhatsApp functionality with Bitrix24 for seamless communication.
- Initiate contact with clients: Stay ahead by starting conversations with clients via WhatsApp.
- Send files: Easily send photos, videos, and documents (xls, pdf) directly through WhatsApp.
- Messages with emojis and formatting: Use emojis and basic formatting to create more engaging messages.
- CRM Marketing: Send messages via Bitrix24 CRM Marketing for more effective engagement.
- Multiple numbers support: Manage multiple WhatsApp numbers to enhance communication capabilities.
- Simple widget payment: Pay for the widget after the 3-day free period directly from the widget interface.
- Send voice messages: Conveniently send and receive voice messages via Open Channels for more dynamic communication.
Important!: We do not recommend using the integration for sending messages to gray number lists.
The integration is not intended for spam. If users mark your message as spam, your WhatsApp number may be blocked.
If your number has been blocked on WhatsApp, find out how to resolve it.

Go to the app settings and click the "Create Connection" button
Scan the QR code with the WhatsApp app on your phone
